


Deposit
A 30 percent deposit of a total price is required by the time of booking. We will send a confirmation email to you once the payment is recieved to use as a contract agreement. The full amount is required 15 days before the start of the trip.
Late booking
Any booking made less than 15 days before the start of the trip will require payment in full.
Cancellation and no-shows
As we do not work alone, many local communities and NGOs rely on us. It is important for Tripperteer to maintain a good relationship with them. You can help us with this issue by letting us know of any change you may have with the travel plan in advance. However, we still have a list of policy regarding to your cancellation and no-shows to cover expenses on our side;
+ Notification more and equal to 15 days, the deposit will be kept and 50 percent donated to our Scholarship Fund.
+ Notification less than 15 days before the start of the trip, 50 percent of the total price will be refunded.
+ Notification less than 7 days before the start of the trip, the full amount will be kept and 50 percent donated to our Scholarship Fund.
+ No-shows, the full amount will not be refunded and 50 percent donated to our Scholarship Fund.
Modifications
Activities are subject to change depending on various reason such as weather conditions or natural disaster. However, we will do our best to ensure that the programs can run according to plan. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour program or activity has to be changed, an alternative will be offered. The itineraries provided in advance will give an indication of what to expect. Please understand that these are to ensure the safety and comfort of your expereince with us. We are kindly thanks you in advance for this matter.
++ If Tripperteer announces cancellation of the tour for any reason, all money will be refunded.
Visa
Please ensure that you have a valid visa during your time with us. However, we can assist you with visa renewal (extra cost).
